You can contact Ilaria directly at [email protected] for availability...and put the code "Pain 24" in the Subject line to identify yourself as part of our group and to get a discount. Please note that you are asking about apartments at the address Lungadige Rubele, 40, all starting with "R40" and described as "50m from the city center" in the website, not other locations. They are a short walk from the venue.
5 March update
A number of apartments next door to the venue hotel have just become available for our group. If you are interested, please see their website here. You should email them directly, state in your email that you are attending the "Pain meeting at the Hotel Due Torri." Provide them with your confirmed dates and number of people in your party and they will reply with availability and prices. When you make a reservation there, please send us an email to inform us of the confirmation. They are literally less than a minute from the venue.

2 February update
Rooms are still available at the venue hotel but all rooms held for our group at the Hotel Due Torri, and at the prices listed in the next paragraph, have been booked. Hotel reservations from now on will be based on hotel availability at their current prices, so do not delay if you want to stay at the venue hotel (it's excellent). Please register and submit the hotel reservation form as soon as possible. The hotel will then quote you the costs.
The venue hotel, the 5-star Hotel Due Torri, is holding rooms for our group, and the special prices (266 euros single; 294 euros double) include an excellent breakfast. The rooms go quickly so do not delay. Download the form here, complete it, and email it to the hotel to reserve a room.
Other hotel rooms and apartments are available on hotel websites (hotels.com, booking.com, Orbitz, Expedia, VRBO, Homeaway) for direct booking. When making a reservation, be careful to note the distance from the venue (Due Torri address: Piazza Sant'anastasia, 4, Verona) and the cancellation policy. The Hotel Due Torri is at the number "6" in the map below.
