Hotel rooms and apartments are available on hotel websites (hotels.com, booking.com, VRBO, Homeaway) for direct booking. When making a reservation, be careful to note the distance from the venue (Due Torri address: Piazza Sant'anastasia, 4, Verona) and the cancellation policy. The Hotel Due Torri is at the number "6" in the map below.
2 December, 2021 update
The Conference venue hotel is the 5-star Hotel Due Torri. We recommend that you reserve rooms early as availability is limited.
With the pandemic in mind, we have negotiated a flexible cancellation policy that will allow you to cancel room reservations without penalty until April 30, 2022.
To make a reservation, please download the hotel reservation form here (no longer available, contact hotel directly), fill it out, and email it directly to the hotel. There is no risk, just cancel by April 30th.
If you find a lower price elsewhere, note the cancellation policy carefully. Avoid non-refundable reservations, as the future is unpredictable.
Apartments available
All apartments have now been reserved.
Seven apartments with kitchens, close to the venue, are available. All have now been taken. All apartments are at the number "5" in the map below.
